Why It Matters

The Carson PTA’s mission is to provide financial support for the unique needs of our school and to provide support within our community. In Colorado, taxes alone do not fund our vision of a first-rate education for our children. Carson Elementary is one of the lowest per pupil funded schools in Denver Public Schools. As a result, we rely on our school families and the greater community to offset these budget shortfalls to maintain the high level of education we come to expect at Carson.
